I hope you enjoy my site as much as i have enjoyed my competitions. I have won some and I have not won some.
I don't like to say lost 'cause I don't believe I have ever
lost a single show. I do believe that the determination it
takes for one to reach that kind of shape and then to
put yourself out there for a score on it is only bravery,
but in the end they produce the same result.

What can I do to improve for the next competion? I
know when it started, but who knows when it will end?
It's a journey for me and my family. So because it is
a journey and not a destination, you will have to
keep checking back in to see where I end up. . . .
